What is ‘Quick Action’ Messaging?

Your ability to communicate directly and efficiently with business partners and customers is pivotal to the continued success of your brand. Long gone are the times of punching in phone numbers and keeping track of contacts via spreadsheets.

FranchiCzar OS features an integrated quick actions bar with the functionality to make phone calls, send emails, and/or text messages to any contacts entered into the FCOS system.  

Why Should I use FCOS Messaging?

FCOS' “Quick Actions” messaging options are a quick and efficient way to contact and track interactions with your business partners, leads, and customers from the same platform.  

Getting Started

You can communicate directly with Franchisees, Customers, Facilities, Alliances, and their Leads through each of these modules directly from FCOS.  

There are three primary modes of messaging available via FCOS: 

  • Email
  • Phone Call
  • Text Message  

After you create a new entry within “Franchisees”, “Customers”, “Facilities”, “Alliances”, and/or their “Leads”, select the “entry” (from the navigation list) to open their “General Information” page. At the top of this page, you will find the quick actions bar.
