What is Customers?

First, we know that you are aware of "who" your customers are but, the Customers module, within FranchiCzar OS, helps you manage all your current and potential ("Leads") customers. This module allows you to keep a finger on the pulse of your business. 

Why Should I use Customers?

Manage your customers' entry into the system as a lead to every communication and everything else in-between. Use "Customers" to track individual customer transactions/invoices, interactions/communications, as well as the functionality to create and input your own "Custom Fields". 


FCOS assists you in streamlining every interaction with customers, so you can get down to business. 

 

Getting Started

The Customers module is available via the vertical menu (left-side) within the FCOS platform.

By expanding Customers (left-hand vertical menu), a list of associated items displays the various functions available for "Customers". We cover these functions in the "Related Articles" (below) and more.
