The FCOS Chat Hub is built with robust security measures to ensure that all communications remain confidential and protected from unauthorized access. 

2. Multi-Level Communication

  • Franchisor to Franchisee: If stated by the Franchisor to use as a formal line of communication, the platform allows franchisors to communicate directly with franchisees, providing updates, guidance, and support.
  • Franchisee to Franchisee: Franchisees can connect with one another to share insights, discuss challenges, and collaborate on initiatives.
  • Staff Communication: All onboarded staff members can be included in the communication network, facilitating direct contact with both franchisees and franchisors.

3. Pinned Conversations

Users can pin important conversations to the top of their chat lists, enabling quick access and easier recollection of key discussions. This feature helps prioritize critical communications and ensures that essential information is always at hand.

4. File Attachments

User Interface

The FCOS Chat Hub offers an intuitive user interface designed for ease of use. Key elements include:

  • Chat List: Displays all conversations, with pinned chats at the top.
  • Search Functionality: Allows users to quickly locate specific conversations or contacts.
  • Mute: Allows the user to mute conversation to disable notifications involving said chat cease.
  • Pin: Allows user to sort priorities to a chat by allowing to move the chat to the top of the list in a ‘Pinned’ section
  • Leave: Allows the user to leave chat when chat is no longer needed.
