  1. From your FCOS app go to Tickets > Private Tickets and select the ticket number with the subject  “Tailgating occurred at (Location)…” to assist you as well, click on the potential tailgater's name to open their member record in a second tab of your browser.
  2. When in the member record you will see the Parent node of the member record.

  1. In a new tab, open a third session of FCOS (to validate the tailgate), select Gyms > (Your Gym) > Remote Door Logs.  This log is helpful to determine if someone is tailgating or used their app at the same time to open the door.   (This window will remain open during all tailgating reviews.)
  1. Click on the tab with the tailgate ticket, from within the ticket, this screenshot can be seen inside the along with the member's profile pic. These items represent the number of days and how many tailgates have been triggered by the camera system for this member.  This image shows the number of times a member is captured by video as tailgating within 30 (blue), 60 (yellow), and 90 (red) days. For this example, 1 tailgate has occurred within the last 30, 60, and 90 days. (Note, our video system aims for accuracy when capturing tailgating, but validating against your remote door logs is recommended to prevent inaccurately charging a tailgate fee to a member.)
  2. Scroll down inside the ticket, to view videos attached to the ticket.
  3. Next, review the tailgating that the cameras captured and select the option that best represents what should happen with the user. Reviewing the tally from the Usage button within the ticket may help provide insight into their past tailgate activity. Reviewing the tally from the Customer Information area will assist you with selecting a button at the top that represents your best option.
  4. From the ticket select & copy (CTRL+V) the date and time found to the right-hand side at the top of the tailgate information.

  1. Next, go to the members window that you have open and paste this into the Notes to keep record of the actions taken for this member.
  2. Once you have made your selection, if the option didn’t close the ticket, you should do so now.  There are also quick access buttons for your review as well to view the Member, Chat with the Member and to show the door logs for the Member for further review of the ticket.
