What are Reports?

Having a quick and reliable way to view data corresponding to your business' activities is important. Reporting gives us a way to view, share, and act on business data collected and compiled into the platforms we use to do business. The FranchiCzar OS "Reports" module provides the information you need when you need it.   

In short, we want to make this process as easy as possible using FCOS.

Why Should I use Reports?

As an all-inclusive tool, FCOS collects data on all your business activities in one place. The Reporting module collects and displays information ranging from your communications made with customers (per location) all the way through to income and Profit & Loss (P&L) reporting.  

Getting Started

The Reports module is available via the vertical menu (left-side) within FCOS. Displayed below (from left to right) are the "Reports" menus for Franchisors, Franchisees, and Facilities. What you may notice first is that the reports available are dependent on your access level and are relevant to their associated user(s).

When you select Reports (see image above), a menu expands to display the various reports available. We cover these reports in the "Related Articles" (below) and more.
