Why can't I make edits to this 'Custom List'?

If you are able to view but not make edits to a Custom List it means that you were not the FCOS user to create this list. 

If you require access please contact your administrator. If the person who created this list is not available please submit a “Systems Issues” ticket and we will attempt to assist you.
