What are Tickets?
When you have a question, need, or issue you want addressed a ticketing system is your direct line to getting the help you need. For the software support team, a ticketing system allows them to track issues and respond with expedience and directly to the submitter of the initial ticket.
Why Should I use Tickets?
The FranchiCzar OS "Tickets" module supplies FCOS users a direct line to our business and application support. Requests made via the FCOS ticketing system are reviewed by the FranchiCzar team and assigned to a team member(s) best suited to address your issue quickly and efficiently.
Getting Started
FranchiCzar OS Tickets are available via the vertical menu (left-side) within the FCOS platform.
Tickets
When you select Tickets (left-hand vertical menu), the menu expands to display the various "Tickets" functions.
